Airoh Brings Their Flagship ADV Helmet To U.S., The Commander 2
The Italian brand expands distribution to US with lightweight lid leading the way.
Italian helmet manufacturer Airoh, well known in Europe for lightweight motocross and road racing lids with high safety standards, has officially entered the U.S. market under its own distribution network.
Previously, American riders could only get their hands on Airoh helmets through independent sellers, if at all. Now with newly established headquarters in Murrieta, California and a nationwide dealer presence, Airoh USA is offering direct access to its full helmet lineup—including the much-anticipated Commander 2 adventure helmet.

Commander 2 ADV Helmet Arrives
At the heart of Airoh’s U.S. debut is the Commander 2, a helmet purpose-built for ADV and dual sport riders looking for comfort and adaptability on both asphalt roads and dirt trails. Compared to its predecessor, the Commander 2 introduces several updates aimed at improving fit, function, and versatility.

Commander 2 Key Features
- Lightweight Construction: Available in Full Carbon 6K (3.35 lbs/1520 grams) or Composite Carbon (3.46 lbs/1570 grams).
- Three Configurations: Riders can quickly switch between ADV, touring, and moto setups, adapting the helmet to terrain and riding style.
- Three Shell Sizes: Ensures a better fit across a wide range of head shapes and sizes.
- Quick Pad Removal: Interior pads are easily removable for cleaning or installing communication headsets.
- Advanced Antifog Systems: Includes Pinlock 120 XLT Max Vision lens and Airoh’s proprietary A3S (Automatic Antifog System) for clear vision in all conditions.
- Enhanced Safety: Features Airoh’s ASN and AEFR safety systems to elevate impact protection and emergency response.
- Full Touring Features: Integrated drop-down sun visor, optimized venting, and extra-wide field of vision.

Among the Commander 2’s major innovations are two safety systems: Airoh’s ASN, a 3-D fabric structure designed to reduce the force transferred to the head on impact and AEFR, which allows for quick removal of the cheek pads in emergency situations.

Helping with better visibility, is the lid’s visor which boasts an Extra Wide field of vision and it is completed with the A3S (Airoh Automatic Antifog System) and lock systems. In addition, inside the box customers can also find a Pinlock 120 XLT Max Vision anti-fog lens. The Commander 2 comes in a wide selection of colorways and graphics to match a broad range of rider aesthetics.

Alongside the Commander 2, American riders will also have access to their other top selling helmets like the Aviator III (a top-tier off-road helmet) and the Matryx (a street-focused touring lid).

Dennis Bloch, CEO of Airoh USA, emphasized the brand’s mission: “For decades, Airoh has been synonymous with safety, performance, and Italian craftsmanship. Now, with our nationwide network and online availability, U.S. riders can fully experience what makes Airoh a leader in helmet innovation.”
