The New Ducati Multistrada Enduro Shows Off its Wild Side

New web series demonstrates off-road capability of the Multistrada Enduro.

Published on 12.24.2015

Ducati seems more serious than ever about scrubbing the old reputation of the Multistrada being a “road-only Adventure Bike.” The new Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro is designed to take riders off asphalt further than ever before. A new web series called “The Wild Side of Ducati” demonstrates some of this new off-road capability.

In the first episode, filmed in Southern of Italy, Tuscany, Sardinia and Spain, the Multistrada Enduro is shown on a race track flying high and dancing through technical trails.

Ex-Paris Dakar racer Beppe Gualini and Ducati test rider Andrea Rossi talk about what makes the new Enduro a pleasure to ride and some of the details that make this bike unique. A hallmark trait of the Multistrada Enduro appears to be an emphasis on making the rider feel confident, comfortable and in control off-road.

“The Wild Side of Ducati” web series will include six episodes, each telling the story of the Multistrada Enduro project together with the features of the bike in the words of the riders, technicians and distinguished partners.

Seriously: is anybody, except of a factory rider, really going to take that 21.000€ bike offroad?
