The same team that has been bringing you Horizons Unlimited Virginia is proud to offer you another HU meeting, this one in the fall and farther north to make it more accessible to our friends in New England and eastern Canada.

HU New York is taking place at 4-H Camp Bristol Hills outside Canandaigua, New York, from Thursday, October 9 to Sunday, October 12, 2025.

There will be presentations and tech clinics on Thursday afternoon and evening and Friday and Saturday mornings, afternoons and evenings. There is excellent riding in the area for you to take at your leisure. Come early and make it a great weekend.

Organizers recommend riding in on Thursday and leaving on Sunday, and participating fully in the activities in between to make the most of your HU experience.

Throughout the meeting, we’ll offer talks, demonstrations, and other fun sessions. In addition to hearing inspiring stories of overland adventure from around the world, you’ll learn how to prepare for your journey, navigation tips, first-aid basics, photography and a host of other essential topics.

Whatever your past experience has been or your future plans may be, there will something for everyone.
