The RALLY BAJA ADV 2026 is a four‑day, recreational and touristic adventure motorcycle rally based out of Ensenada, Baja California. Now in its third edition, the event continues to grow as one of Mexico’s largest ADV gatherings, with more than 220 riders expected to participate. Designed for exploration rather than racing, the rally uses a checkpoint‑based format that lets every rider create their own Baja adventure.

RALLY BAJA ADV is not a race. There are no timed stages, no racing speeds and no single prescribed route. Instead, riders use the NorthBikers app to access more than 180 checkpoints spread across a massive riding territory stretching from Tijuana and Mexicali down to Laguna Chapala, just south of Cataviña. Riders choose which checkpoints to pursue, plan their own route and collect points by completing the instructions at each location. Every participant builds a completely different Baja experience.

The riding territory includes coastline, desert, mountains, remote roads and iconic Baja destinations such as Ensenada, Santo Tomás, Valle de la Trinidad, San Felipe, San Quintín, Sierra de San Pedro Mártir, Bahía San Luis Gonzaga, El Rosario, Cataviña and Laguna Chapala. Some riders stay close to Ensenada, while others push deep into the desert toward the southern limit of the rally. Whether riding solo or with friends, the event encourages discovery, strategy and the freedom to explore Baja your own way.

Evenings at Hotel Corona include welcome activities, rider meetings, food, drinks, music and camaraderie. The final day features a slow race competition, riding clinics, sponsor raffle, awards ceremony and medal presentations. Cash prizes are awarded to the top three riders based on total points collected: 15,000 MXN (~$830–$880 USD) for first place, 10,000 MXN (~$550–$590 USD) for second and 5,000 MXN (~$275–$295 USD) for third.

Registration is $125 USD and includes a custom event jersey (for riders registered before November 15), official buff, rider number sticker, access to the checkpoint challenge and participation in all event activities. The rally is designed to support local communities throughout Baja by encouraging riders to stop for fuel, food, lodging and supplies as they explore the region.
