Curious about whether you can still make the new 2013 BMW R1200GS wheelie with all that electronic wizardry?   Well there is no question that it is possible, as demonstrated by four-time Stunting Riding World Champion Chris Pfeiffer at the BMW Motorrad Days 2013 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, Germany this last July.

Attendees at the BMW Motorrad Days were treated to a show as Chris made his BMW R1200GS perform stunts that seemed impossible on a fully accessorized 600 pound Adventure Bike.  At one point during the show you can see Chris fiddling with the electronics to keep the wheel spinning.  Surely, the BMW engineers will need to install a “Stunt” mode for the traction control and ABS for next year’s model.  Just remember this is Chris Pfeiffer though  and do not attempt this at home!
