Ultimate BMW F800GS RTW Bike Build Modifications List

Portuguese Adventure Rider Designs a Bike Custom Made to Circle the Globe

Modifications:

• WP48 Factory Close Chamber forks in the front with 270mm travel
• X-trig handlebar raisers with Renthal Twinwall handlebar and removed handlebar weights for faster steering
• Scotts steering damper
• Custom built instrument tower
• Lazer Lamp Spot Light
• R1200GS modified screen (an R12GSA taller screen was installed before departure for increased wind protection)
• Oversized 320mm front brake disk with a Motomaster 4 piston brake caliper is now working with a 2015 F800GS brake master pump
• SM Pro rims with Bulldog spokes for both wheels (stock rim sizes)
• Modified air box
• Custom made fuel map
• Complete QD exhaust system
• Lightweight lithium battery
• Custom built seat
• Rekluse auto clutch
• Rear brake left-hand system with rear brake reservoir on the handlebar and not the rear subframe (rear brake is usable on the handlebar or on the foot)
• Reinforced frame at upper shock bolt and reinforced bolt
• Mupo AB shock absorber
• Removed ABS system
• Modified rear subframe with removed rear foot pegs and F800GSA fuel tank (small removable rear footpegs installed before departure)
• Modified 2013 F800GS fairings
• Pivot pegz
• Cooling fan bypass so it can be turned on and off on request
• Fuel pump bypass to be able to drain the fuel tank
• Dedicated Fusebox
• BMW bash plate and engine guards
• Enduristan soft bags
