Loose Nut Dual Sport Ride – Nov. 4-5, 2017
A self-guided ride through some of the best Missouri roads.
This is an ADVENTURE, ride at your own risk, unofficial, find your own way there, provide your own lodging and food, no buy in, no costs, no services provided, no organization, bring your own tools. Check out the suggested GPS tracks along public roads, visit fun, historical, out of the way places that you might miss if you weren’t from here (and some that you would).
This a self-guided ride for STREET LEGAL dual sport and adventure type motorcycles with lots of gravel roads, dirt roads, trying to stay off pavement as much as possible. If you’ve been to the Missouri Swinging Bridges rides, Hoosier National Forest rides or one of the previous Loose Nut rides then you will understand the ADVRIDER community and how this works: A GPS/GPX file is uploaded with suggested tracks and waypoints.
Tracks all start and finish at the entrance to the Echo Bluff State Park Campground north of Eminence, MO. Plenty of gas stops available along the way – as long as you can make 75 miles or so. Saturday will be an all day ride through some of the best Missouri roads that we could find. Sunday will be slightly shorter ride and should get everyone back to the campground by early afternoon so they can head for home.
