Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego and Ushuaia Tour – Nov. 9-22, 2015
Ride through some of the most stunning landscapes in South America.
The Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego and Ushuaia Tour will take you on an incredible riding adventure through the “can’t miss” highlights of Patagonia. Discover each day why this region remains so special in the hearts of travelers who have been there. By the end of the tour you will surely understand why Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego and Ushuaia are 3 of the most famous places in all of Motorcycle Adventure touring.
Some of the highlights will include traveling down the Carretera Austral (Highway to the South) which is what many folks will agree is some of the best riding in the world. First crossing the Futaleufú River, you’ll be passing near Parque National Corcovado, one of very few privately owned land preserves in the world (owned by Doug Tompkins, founder of The North Face clothing company). Continuing on to Puyuhaupi, you’ll be in an area that is an absolute highlight for riders experiencing Patagonia for the first time. Glaciers to the left, waterfalls all around, and the rainforest riding will be sure to take your breathe away.
With so many stunning places to see in this region, the Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego and Ushuaia Tour will give you incredible and unforgettable experiences all the way till the end. The final stretch of the Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego and Ushuaia Tour will take you to the southernmost city in the world. This tour will not take you to Antarctica, but that doesn’t mean you can’t see penguins up close before you leave! With reservations in advance and an early departure, you can be among the 80 people per day that are allowed to walk on the Estancia’s trail right along with the Magellanic Penguins.
Whether it’s the scenery, the incredible barbeques or “asados” you’ll be able to feast on, or just the warm reception from the people in Patagonia, it’s an adventure ride that will leave every motorcycle traveler saying “I can’t believe I didn’t do this before!”
