The Search Is On: REV’IT! Seeks Riders to Join Women’s ADV Team

Field test gear and get outfitted head-to-toe in REV’IT! for the rest of the year!

Once again, REV’IT! Is looking for female adventure riders to join their 2019 US Women’s ADV Team. REV’IT!’s continuation of the program underscores its commitment to the growing population of female adventure motorcyclists and highlights women’s contributions to the adventure riding community.

In 2019, the team will take on two new members, alongside current members: Jenna West, Erika Bean and Amelia Kamrad, for a team total of five. Members will be outfitted head-to-toe in REV’IT! gear and represent the brand at major ADV events across the country. Team members will participate in REV’IT!’s product testing program where they will have a direct interface with REV’IT! product designers, providing feedback that will influence development of future REV’IT! women’s gear. They will also receive brand support for individual projects, trips and more.

Female adventure riders of any experience level, who reside in the continental United States, and who have the ability to share their gear experiences with a community are welcome to apply. You’ll need to be able to take a decent photo (or have a riding companion who does), and do enough regular riding to put your gear to the test. Most importantly, you should want to expand female ridership in the ADV community!

After REV’IT! sifts through hundreds of applications, the final selections will ultimately be based on a combination of passion, leadership and riding ability. The’ll be looking for excited, ambitious riders with a penchant for gritty adventures, dirt-packed escapes, or those just mapping their own course in the world.

“This is an important moment for women in the motorcycling segment, and we want to do our part in bringing female riders’ voices, contributions and needs into the spotlight,” says Tracy Motz, Brand Manager for REV’IT! USA. “The women on this team are motivated, passionate riders, and partnering with them has allowed us to gather crucial product testing data while at the same time elevating their stories.”

For those that want to meet the Women’s ADV Team Riders, look for them representing REV’IT! at several top ADV events across the country in 2019. Some of the events they attended in 2018 were the KTM Adventure Riders Rally, the Pine Barrens 500 and the Overland Expo.
