March Moto Madness — Mar. 26-30, 2025

Great roads, gravel tracks and dirt trails await one of the first rallies of the year.

Published on 02.19.2025

March Moto Madness has been an annual event in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, since 2006 and grown to include simultaneous worldwide events in Japan, Spain, Taiwan, UK, Ireland, Australia and other sites. In 2019, MMM had more than 750 attendees at the “Mother Rally.” The 2024 event will be their 17th March Mot Madness rally.

In 2012 the GS Giants, an adventure and dual-sport motorcycle club, joined MMM and helped with support and growth of the event. The Giants have been integral in helping spread the word, especially in the global event.

They’ve primarily been dual-sport-oriented, but the area’s great diversity of roads has broadened their range of riders. Great twisty asphalt (Cherohala Skyway, the Dragon), groomed gravel (the Dirt Dragon) or gnarly single track (trail 81 or 82) are all part of the route options. There are also single track and dirt bike trails on site to enjoy.

Food has always been a big part of our rides thanks to Don Stover and his culinary prowess as well as a host of volunteers that help make sure everybody eats. Meals included at MMM are Breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday and dinner Friday and Saturday nights.

There’s plenty of room for trucks and trailers, tents and mucho Moto Madness. Organizers are sure a lot of new friendships will be kindled around the campfire this year and stoked again in the years to come.
