The Rally of Morocco is the largest cross-country rally raid event in Africa.

The Rally of Morocco (Rallye du Maroc) is a marathon rally that was brought back to life in 2013 after numerous years of inactivity. It was first run in 1934, and held intermittently until 1988 in a fashion similar to the Safari Rally, and again in 2013. Originally established by the Royal Automobile Club of Morocco, it is one of the more difficult off-road rallies.

The Rally of Morocco is the second largest cross-country rally in the world after the Dakar, and the largest in Africa. Professionals and amateur compete for six days at all levels and in all categories: Car, Bike, Enduro Cup, Quad, SSV, Truck. The Rally typically consists of 6 legs and roughly 2,000 km (1,243 miles),

Participants are accompanied by their team manager, their families, crew and mechanics, journalists from around the world, and VIP guests for the occasion. All these participants added to the team organization represents more than 850 people. The Rally of Morocco is part of the FIA and FIM World Championship.

– 555 participants in race and in services
– 85 competitors in bikes and quads
– 160 competitors in cars, trucks and SSV
– 30 competitors in Baja of Morocco
– One hundred VIP and accompanying
– A team of 120 people organization
– A medical team with 2 helicopters, 16 doctors, 1 medical PC, 2 ambulances, 5 tangos (3 cars and 2 motorcycles)
– 1 team of TV production
– 62 accredited journalists and photographers for media coverage of the event.

A special Enduro Cup event is like a race within the main race. Bring your motorcycle to surf the dunes and share tracks of Rally! Refueling every 90 km by the organizer.
