Explore some of the best riding Ohio has to offer.

The Wailin Wayne Weekend is a five-day adventure motorcycle rally held in Nelsonville, Ohio. During the festivities, you can enjoy hairpin twisties and scenic country roads through Hocking Hills State Park on Ohio’s Windy 9. Whatever your style of riding, you will find it at Wailin Wayne Weekend.
When it comes to location, the Wailin Wayne Weekend has come a long way since their first rally a decade ago when they had 12 people show up—they were dubbed “The Dirty Dozen.”
The event site at Wailin Wayne Weekend is large and offers lots of tent and RV sites. It’s a beautiful lush cut-grass field, with gentle breezes along the Hocking River.
Primitive camping is included in your Wailin Wayne rally ticket. The Wailin Wayne Weekend will be held directly across from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio.
The Wailin Wayne Weekend has built several routes for riders in the southeastern part of Ohio—a region with some of the best riding in the state.
Some riders believe the Triple Nickel (Rt 555) is a better riding experience than the famous Tail Of The Dragon.
Also, Ohio’s Windy 9 is a collection of nine routes (each approximately 75-110 miles) comprising nearly 1,000 miles of well-maintained roads in southeastern Ohio.
During the event, riders can also try out the newest adventure motorcycles from BWM, Royal Enfield and Yamaha.
