Join Elk Valley Adventure & Dirt Riders Society for an adventure riding weekend, September 05 – 07, 2025.

With endless stunning adventure terrain in the Elk Valley of British Columbia, organizers have selected a few of the classic routes for the 2025 Great Escape Adventure Weekend. All ride loops are 175 – 225 km long and around four-to-six hours at a safe pace, including stops. There are no fuel points on any of the routes, so riders with smaller tanks will need to carry extra fuel.

Event organizers recommend being prepared for 300 km fully self sufficient with fuel, tools, food and suitable clothing for mountain exploring.

EVADRS will provide GPS routes so participants can choose to explore with their own group or are welcome to join a group with a ride leader. There will be a few different groups to choose from.

All motorbikes must be street legal and while all ability levels are welcomed, a basic gravel road riding skill level is required.

Saturday will be a full day of riding and Sunday will be a shorter day. The event organizers will be there to answer any questions. Participants can select the rides most suited to them based on duration, difficulty and distance.

The 2023 and 2024 Great Escape Adventure Weekend were successful with incredible, sunny riding days spent exploring scenic mountain routes followed by an evening of delicious food and stories of the days adventures.
