Honda Issues Recall for the CRF450L Dual Sport

Recall issued on Honda CRF450L for potential issues with horn detaching.

Published on 10.18.2019

Honda has issued a recall on certain 2019 CRF450L motorcycles. A total of 4,348 bikes are affected by the recall issued through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

According to the defect report, the horn may not be secured correctly and could detach from the motorcycle. This may cause interference with the bike while driving, affecting handling and control, or it may fall off and become a road hazard. Either of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash, cautions the safety alert.
