Giant Loop has announced their MotoTrekk Panniers, a new off-road soft luggage solution that fits virtually any bike with racks. Made of RF-welded 500D PVC tarpaulin and featuring a roll-top opening, the new panniers are waterproof (IPX6 rating or higher) without the need for inner bags. Developed in collaboration with GL’s Australian importer, Adventure Moto AU, MotoTrekk Panniers offer a rugged, stable, affordable, top-loading solution crash tested in Australia’s Outback.

Giant Loop’s new MotoTrekk Panniers include shoulder straps that clip into D-rings on the bottom and back of the Panniers, so they can be carried like a backpack when off the bike for a day of site-seeing or for a hands-free carry to hotel or campsite. Other rider friendly features include lash loops to secure Giant Loop’s waterproof roll-top Possibles Pouches to the front and back of the Panniers, a quick-connect magnetic buckle and anchor strap to secure that Panniers to luggage racks for easy mounting.

MotoTrekk Panniers measure 21 liters each side, with three full rolls of the roll-top opening to create a 100% waterproof seal. In dry conditions, only one or two rolls are need to close the top, providing even more liters of capacity. Giant Loop’s MotoTrekk Panniers also feature an integrated mounting system that enables them to simply strap onto almost any motorcycle side luggage racks, including dual sport, adventure touring, naked, standard, sport touring, scrambler and V-twin motorcycles.
