Touratech and Ortlieb Team up to Launch Waterproof Bag Line

A new line of waterproof bags designed specifically for motorcycle touring.

Published on 02.18.2016

Riding in the rain, crossing a river, or even blasting through a mud puddle can leave your gear soggy. Touratech’s latest development is a waterproof bag line purpose-built for motorcycle touring. The result of a joint venture between waterproof gear pioneer Ortlieb and Touratech, the product range covers every need for waterproof bag storage on a motorcycle. The new line will be sold worldwide under the Touratech Waterproof brand.

Utilizing Ortlieb’s experience in manufacturing waterproof gear and decades of in-house motorcycle adventure expertise, Touratech created an entire line of waterproof soft-luggage, dry bags, stuff sacks, backpacks and accessories. The waterproof product range even includes water storage bags and other campsite essentials like collapsible bowls.

Hey Rustylane7, Touratech designed the saddle bags to fit directly onto your motorcycle without a rack. Here is an overview of the bags (around 0:55) if you would like to see more details on them! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Zzq-O0HQz4
