The Souther Portugal Tour, organized by Out of the Box Adventures, will criss-cross the entire south of Portugal. Beginning in Lisbon you will head south, over the famous 25 de Abril bridge towards the Arrábida mountains. Next you will cross the river Sado to reach the Alentejo plains.

There you will find the Protected Landscape of Southwest Alentejo before arriving to Sagres, in the southwest corner of the country. From there, crossing the Algarve to Tavira, the Southern Portugal Tour will stop in Olhão for a boat ride on the Ria Formosa.

For the final stretch you will head north to visit Mértola and the river Guadiana. Later a boat will take you on Alqueva (largest artificial reservoir of water in Western Europe), and then to the mythical town of Évora where you will stay two nights with a visit to Marvão between. On the last day the tour will take you back to Lisbon.
