Providing 2.2 lbs of weight reduction over the standard exhaust, the Akrapovič “Slip-on Line” is manufactured from high-grade titanium and assembled with the highest levels of craftsmanship. Complete with two protective heat shields, the lightweight system produces a sporty sound with the overall appearance inspired by the Husqvarna Factory Racing rally machines.

Ergo Rider’s Seat and Ergo Pillion Seat

Designed for a more comfortable riding experience for both rider and passenger in colder climates, the Ergo Rider’s Seat and Ergo Pillion Seat offer three easily selectable temperature settings. Moreover, its finish subtly enhances the unique overall design of the Norden 901.

Heated Grip Kit

Complementing the Ergo Rider’s Seat and Ergo Pillion Seat, the Heated Grip Kit is another accessory designed for winter exploration. Constructed of high-strength aluminum with strong and pliable silicone seals, the panniers are designed to protect items placed inside even in the most extreme weather conditions.

Designed to seamlessly integrate with the aesthetics of the Norden 901, the easy to install Side Bag Set and Luggage Bag are assembled from waterproof material and welded seems to ensure all belongings remain safe and dry. For all-round usability, the roll closure design allows for fast and easy access.

    • Hey Will, there is also a kit version that uses the menu switch on the handlebar if you prefer. We have added a mention of that option as well. Thanks!

  1. I love this bike, but I don’t like some of the packaging if it’s sale. The engine protection grill is mandatory equipment unless the bike will never leave pavement. “… prevent mud build up around the exhaust header, ensuring optimal engine temperatures…”. Really?

Building in features but charging extra to turn them in is software/Tesla-like marketing, and while I get it, I don’t like that stuff creeping into my precious world of keep it real motorcycles.

And one gripe, we need a wind tunnel designed touring windscreen. The aftermarket stuff will come quick, but Husqvarna had had the opportunity to do that and it should be in this list. That extension is unlikely to be satisfactory. Happy to be proven wrong.

Just need to be reasonably sure my pillion will be happy for hours at a time, and I’ll get mine in order!

    • You are so right David. Really spot on.

When the Norden needs extra protection for not damaging the engine then there is something wrong in the first place. And i did not buy the KTM Adventure 890R because of the “need to buy the extra software thing that they have blocked per default “. So a dealer can cash in while doing no labour at all. This is rotten to the core. I have to work hard so i can buy a motorcycle and do a large trip once a year. I would have felt ripped off constantly while riding the 890R. These things will keep nagging. I was at the dealer to buy the 890R and in the end was confronted by this. After asking for futher details about this i left after the explenation. That it is only blocked as a present for the dealer. That he could make some quick bucks. Man, i hate that. And not only i do but a lot of other people. And it is not nice that Husky is doing the same. Although it is only understandable. But it is not ok for the customer. Not by a long shot. Sir, your tank capacity could be 20 liters. But we have placed a ball in it so it is only 10 liters. We can let the air out of the ball so it will extent to the 20 liters again. But this will cost you 500.00 Euro’s. It is exactly the same.

So David, i know exactly how you feel about being ripped off in advange. Not ok, really not ok. And i know that it is possible to do it yourself for free. But you need to buy the connector. The software is already on the internet. But this making some extra money approuch should not be the way how honest motorriders will be used for easy cash. Motorforums are filled with topics about this.

    • I ATTACHED MY STOCK VSTROM 1000 WINDSHIELD to reduce wind buffeting and it helped by 20% i drove across Canada, with many ear plugs, love the power the handling ,it does rev out 5rpm at 120 and 5.5 at 130 you do feel the vibration at these speeds ,Husky please be responsible and make a bloody windshield
