A global pandemic hasn’t slowed down progress for our friends over at Rebel X Sports this year. Their line of Plug-N-Play Rally Kits continues to grow across a range of different makes and models. Those who are interested in building the ultimate lightweight Adventure Bike, or competition-ready Rally Bike, now have more options than ever. One option that caught our eye is the Rally Kit for the KTM EXC and Husqvarna FE, which were recently made available for 2020-2021 models (250, 350, 450 and 500/501).

The Rally Kit includes a front fairing that improves wind protection for more comfortable long-range travel, along with a Nav Tower and RAM Mount for installing a GPS, phone or other items. Those with Rally Racing intentions also have the option to install a Roadbook/Tripmaster on the Nav Tower, along with any other required equipment. Upgraded lighting is also part of the package, with two ultra-bright 10-Watt LED lights replacing the dim stock headlight. 

Developed and race tested by professional rally competitors, the Rebel X kit is designed with quick, convenient access in mind. The fairing uses quick-release attachments so it can be removed in seconds, plus two USB quick-charge ports, and a tool bag/med kit bracket are integrated into the dash for added convenience. Installation is made easy with a patented Nav Tower frame clamp, which does not require any welding or drilling into the frame. And the Plug-N-Play kit can be completely set up in a short amount of time. What’s more, the Nav Tower complies with all FIM, Dakar, Africa Race Regulations, and is ERTF and IRITRACK Approved. 

For those who are looking to turn their KTM EXC or Husky FE Dual Sport into a lightweight ADV Bike, the kit provides a significant improvement in versatility, convenience and high-speed wind protection. Rebel X offers different fuel tank options as well, to increase capacity and help alleviate range concerns while riding in remote areas.
