Stretch Your ADV Gear Budget With These Big Open‑Box Discounts

Revzilla stacks an additional 15% off on top of existing markdowns.

Published on 04.28.2026

With prices continually climbing on everything from groceries to gas — and yes, even motorcycle gear and parts — most riders are looking for ways to make their dollars go further. Open‑box deals have always been one of the smarter ways to save, especially if you don’t mind a missing tag or the occasional tiny blemish. In many cases, the item was simply tried on and returned with no meaningful signs of use. And while gear sizing can skew toward the extremes, there are still plenty of solid finds for average‑size riders.

RevZilla, one of the largest online retailers in the motorcycle industry, already discounts open‑box items anywhere from 10% to 30%. But for a limited time, they’re stacking an additional 15% off on top of those markdowns. That extra price cut turns some of those already‑good deals into genuinely solid savings.

Open‑box items at Revzilla are all fully functional. Some may have been used as studio samples for their video shoots, arrived from the manufacturer with cosmetic imperfections, or are simply missing packaging or non‑critical accessories. Each product page includes a condition description — often with photos to show any blemishes — and everything still qualifies for RevZilla’s standard No‑Hassle Return & Refund Policy.

We dug through the ADV and Dual‑Sport categories to find some of the most interesting deals currently available. Here are a few that are worth a look.

Helmet Deals

One of the best steals in the helmet section right now is a Nexx X.Vilijord modular adventure helmet in size medium. It appears to be in new condition aside from missing its packaging, tags, and manual. Originally priced at $599.95, it’s been marked down to $269.98 — and with the extra 15% off applied at checkout, the price drops again to $229.48. That’s a $370.47 savings on a premium modular ADV lid.

If you spend more time in the dirt, there’s also a 6D ATR‑1 Stealth helmet in size large that caught our eye. The ATR‑1 features the brand’s Omni‑Directional Suspension system, one of the most advanced impact‑management technologies in the off‑road world. This open‑box unit is listed as in new condition, just missing packaging and paperwork. The original MSRP was $549.95, but with the stacked discounts it comes down to $420.72 — a savings of $129.23.

ADV And Off‑Road Boots

Adventure riders will appreciate this deal on Sidi’s Adventure 2 Gore‑Tex boots in olive green, size 11.5 US (46 EU). These fully waterproof, Italian‑made boots combine split‑grain leather with TPU protective panels and are widely regarded as one of the top all‑around ADV options available. This pair is listed as new condition, simply missing the original packaging. Normally $449.99, they drop to $344.24 after the extra 15% is applied, saving you $105.75.

For more off‑road‑focused protection, RevZilla also has several Leatt 4.5 and 5.5 FlexLock boots available in sizes 9 through 13. Depending on the size and condition, some are priced as low as $369.50 — a solid opportunity to score a high‑protection boot at a bargain price.

Adventure Gear Accessories

If you’re looking to upgrade your luggage or day‑ride setup, the REV’IT! Arid 9L H2O backpack in black/camo grey is another standout. It offers a waterproof roll‑top closure, a laptop compartment, and compatibility with a 3.75‑liter hydration bladder.

Originally $239.99, the open‑box price drops to $183.59 after the additional discount, saving you $56.40 — and all it’s missing are the tags and manual.

Bike Mods & Farkles

Riders looking to dial in their cockpit will find several open‑box deals on bar risers, including options from Rox and others that allow you to convert from 7/8″ bars to 1‑1/8″ fat bars. It’s a good time to grab a set if you’ve been thinking about improving your stand up ergos.

For long‑range travel, there’s also a set of Givi Monokey Trekker 33‑liter side cases in black. They show signs of previous installation but remain fully functional. Originally priced at $864, they’re now available for $561.81 — a savings of $302.18 on a rugged, lockable hard‑case setup.

Tenere 700 riders can also score a deal on a Givi D2145S/D2145ST tinted touring windscreen, which fits 2021–2024 models. Listed in very good condition with only minor blemishes, it drops from its original $135 price tag to $98.12 after discounts, saving you $36.88. There’s also a Puig touring screen available for BMW R1300GS riders, model years 2024-2026, in dark smoke color. It’s in new condition, just missing the original packaging and installation manual. Originally priced at $158.89, you can now pick it up for $115.47 with the discounts, a $43.42 savings.

And if you need hand protection, a set of Acerbis Rally Pro handguards in black is currently listed with only light cosmetic damage — the kind you’ll likely add on your first ride anyway. These universal‑fit guards include adapters for both 7/8″ and 1‑1/8″ bars. Originally $93.92, they’re now $79.83 with the extra discount applied, saving you $36.12.

Just A Few Days Left

This is just a sampling of what’s available in Revzilla’s open box bin, covering items across ADV, dual‑sport, and dirt categories. The additional 15% discount runs through May 3 for those who want to take advantage of it. To apply the extra savings, enter openbox at checkout.
