New Denali 2.0 Aux Lights: Brighter, Tougher & More Versatile

Denali Electronics release all-new lighting kits for a broad range of ADV Bikes.

Published on 08.07.2017

The all-new DENALI 2.0 auxiliary lighting system has been optimized to offer more flexibility, along with bike-specific, perfect-fit applications for a broad range of motorcycles. The 2.0 lineup now offers a variety of unique features, including a multi-beam lens system, plug-and-play dimming control, and cutting-edge heat management. In addition, the new CANsmart accessory controller allows easy, plug-and-play installations and customization on select BMW models.

Performance

Denali 2.0 Light Kits are brighter, more robust, and packed with unique features.

DENALI 2.0 lights are 20% brighter than the first generation, using all-new Cree High-Intensity 10-watt LEDs. These high-efficiency lights also produce more lumens without increasing power draw. LEDs last longer and put out more light when kept cool. The new LiveActive™ heat management system combines cutting-edge LED drivers with specially designed heat sinks to keep lights cool enough to maintain maximum output.

Versatility

All 2.0 light kits include the TriOptic™ lens system. Two spot lenses and two elliptical flood lenses provide three unique beam patterns customized by distance and spread. One set of included lenses now carries an official E-Mark certification, ensuring street-legal use in countries that conform to European standards. All TriOptic lenses are also available in amber, for added daytime visibility and fog-cutting performance.

The all new Cree High-Intensity 10 watt LED’s are focused through a TriOptic™ Lens System to give you three unique beam patterns in one kit.

All DENALI 2.0 light kits include wiring harnesses designed to run at a single intensity, but are easily upgradeable to dual intensity by replacing the relay with the optional DataDim controller™. The HotSwap™ modular wiring harness, included in every kit, enables a simple switch from the standard single-intensity relay to the dual-intensity controller.

The new CANsmart accessory manager, currently available for BMW R1200 LC-series models, allows plug-and-play installation of up to four electrical accessories, enabling dozens of customizable settings that can be controlled through the existing handlebar switches, including the rotary “WunderWheel” multi-controller.

Durability

Molded silicone gaskets and a unique DrySeal™ construction ensure DENALI 2.0 light housings are 100% watertight, even when submerged. The same DrySeal technology is used in the redesigned, illuminated handlebar switch.

The new Impact PC™ bezels are built to withstand the most extreme environments without cosmetic damage. Molded in 100% polycarbonate, the bezels won’t rust, fade, or corrode, even after repeated impacts from debris.

All DENALI 2.0 light kits include light pods, 4 lens options, HotSwap wiring harness, low-profile hinge mount, DrySeal switch, and a convenient tubular handlebar switch mount.
