Taste of Dakar is back for spring 2020! Join the AltRider crew for an epic weekend adventure at the annual ‘Taste of Dakar’ in Gold Point, Nevada. Now with two GPS-led ride days, more route options, expanded training clinics with on-route training, and guest speakers from the Dakar Rally. From sand dunes to stretches of cracked sandbeds, dirt trails winding around valleys and everything in between — the desert offers unique riding opportunities for ADV enthusiasts.

Use your Adventure bike for what it was designed to and get you out there for a long weekend of off-road riding. Test yourself on some of the most challenging terrain the US has to offer from gravel roads and dry lake beds to rocky two-track, and 500-foot tall sand dunes. This year’s Taste of Dakar will also feature routes laid out by 5-time Dakar Rally participant, Kellon Walch! Plus RawHyde Adventures is offering off-road clinics during the event for both intro and intermediate riders.

The Taste of Dakar will take care of all the what-ifs you may have about adventure riding. They’ll show you where to ride, who to ride with, and even how to build skills with your ADV Motorcycle through training classes available onsite.
