FIRST PRIZE WINNER: Chris Rothwell of Lynden, Washington.

Chris was very excited to hear from us and couldn’t believe his luck. “I never expected to hear back from anybody but it just goes to show it never hurts to put your name in the hat and try.” said Chris. Chris is the General Manager of the trucking division of a wood door manufacturer. He has been riding motorcycles for 35 years and has owned several different dirt and street bikes. He currently rides a street-legal GAS GAS 300 and has been saving up for a new BMW R1200GS. He’s ridden Moab, Baja and much of Canada, but he says his dream is to one day ride Australia on the R1200GS with his friends and father. As the First Prize Winner of our giveaway, Chris will receive free RawHyde Off-Road Training, a two-day BMW R1200GS Adventure rental for use during the training, and a new REV’IT! Defender Pro GTX Jacket and Pants. Chris says he’s looking forward to challenging himself with RawHyde’s Next Step off-road training and he’s also thrilled to receive his new REV’IT! suit, which will go perfect with the new BMW he’s getting ready to purchase.

SECOND PRIZE WINNER: Dana Caton of Edwardsville, Illinois

Our Second Prize Winner Dana was also surprised to hear from us. “I am super excited to have won! I never seem to have luck in drawings and sweepstakes so this is a first for me.” said Dana. Dana works as a scientist at a major pharmaceutical firm. He’s been riding street bikes for 5 years now but just recently bought a 2007 Kawasaki KLR650 to support his new-found love of off-road riding. He hopes that one day he’ll be able to ride a BMW 650GS all the way down to Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. As the Second Prize Winner of our giveaway, Dana will receive a new Touratech Aventuro Carbon Helmet and a pair of Sena 10s Headsets. Dana says, “I can’t wait to try out the new helmet and my girlfriend will love being able to chat with me while we ride via the headsets!”

THIRD PRIZE WINNER: Brian Reinblatt of Ocala, Florida

Brian was extremely pleased to be chosen as our Third Prize Winner. “This is the first time I have won anything so I’m pretty thrilled, and the fact that it is something I have wanted and can use is even better.” said Brian. Brian is a retired paramedic that’s been riding motorcycles since 1972! He currently rides a 2012 Suzuki V-Strom 650 and his dream trip would be to ride from Florida to the tip of South America on a fully-outfitted Kawasaki KLR650 accompanied by his son. As the Third Prize Winner of our giveaway, Brian will receive a new set of Jesse Luggage Odyssey II aluminum panniers. He’s excited to mount the panniers on his V-Strom 650 and plans to put them to good use on future long-distance trips.
