Here’s What KTM AG Has In Store For EICMA 2024
The company teases their plans for the top international motorcycle show.

Since its inaugural edition in 1914, EICMA has garnered the attention of thousands of foreign exhibitors, attendees, and worldwide media, for it is the top exhibitions where motorcycle manufacturers from around the world present their concepts and forthcoming models.
This year will mark the event’s 110th anniversary, and even though we are a fair bit away from its November timeline, KTM AG has revealed some exciting details for what it has planned for this year’s EICMA.
KTM To Debut Several ADV Models
The orange will be on full show as KTM is expected to be readying its adventure motorcycle lineup with the latest engine configurations to match that of the latest Duke models. Although the company has kept their new ADV releases under wraps they say they “will wow visitors to the show with a range of ADVENTURE models featuring innovative technologies and a host of other new features that will pique the public’s interest.” We can assume this will include an updated 390 Adventure expected to go up from 373cc to 399cc, a 990 Adventure employing the latest LC8 muscle with a 947cc c-series parallel twin, and a 1390 Super Adventure boasting a 1350cc V-Twin powerplant as well as KTM’s first-ever semi-automatic transmission technology.

The brand says they are also poised to present the complete Duke range that was recently revamped for 2024. Focusing on off-road models, KTM AG has revealed that the brand would also present the redesigned SX-F Factory Edition from KTM’s motocross roster alongside the upgraded EXC enduro line-up.
Husqvarna Set To Present A Brand New Bike
From orange to blue, Husqvarna also promises exciting models on display at EICMA 2024. Starting with the brand’s core offerings, you can expect to see Husky’s travel range, including the likes of the Norden 901 and 901 Expedition, alongside some of the newest off-road motorcycles.

Husqvarna will also present its newly upgraded Vitpilen and Svartpilen lineups, right from 125cc to 801cc. But perhaps the most important news for Husqvarna from KTM AG’s press release is that of “an exciting new motorcycle that underlines the brand’s forward-looking vision.” Let the rumor mills begin.
GasGas Will Be On Site Too
The originally Spanish brand was acquired by Pierer Mobility’s KTM AG in 2019 but has shown no signs of slowing down since entering the dual sport market. The brand’s red colors will also be on display at this year’s EICMA. What’s to expect, you ask?

The brand is preparing to showcase its entire off-road lineup, including its trial, enduro, and motocross ranges. KTM AG has further confirmed that GasGas will also present a “new innovative concept bike.” It’s hard to speculate if it would be a street-legal model or a more trail-biased trim, but it’s sure to get visitors lining up to witness what’s on offer.
Expect Another Concept Model From MV Agusta
And finally, there is MV Agusta, the most recent acquisition of KTM AG’s glistening portfolio. Focusing solely on the Italian maker’s adventure offerings, you can expect to catch a glimpse of the recently revealed Enduro Veloce, among other bikes. But as has been the trend with the above-mentioned brands, MV Agusta also promises something new at EICMA with a concept bike said to “herald a new era for the legendary Made in Italy brand.”
Florian Kecht, Chief Sales Officer stated, “An appearance at EICMA was long overdue. With our impressive line-up of motorcycles and the latest technologies from our four brands, it’s time to return after five years with momentum and style. We want to showcase not only our latest products but also the stories and developments behind each model. We want our stand to be a place of diversity and a total experience. We want to move, excite, and inspire every visitor.”

Pierer Mobility’s KTM AG merges the motorcycle brands KTM, GasGas, Husqvarna, and MV Agusta under one umbrella. Each of these brands comes with their own unique selling propositions, ensuring that riders of all kinds are catered to.
The 2024 EICMA exhibition is set to take place from November 5–10, and even though it’s still several months away, you can be sure we’ll continue to see more information in the interim.

I’m keen to see the new 690 LC8c platform unveiling at EICMA 2024.
This will be a watershed moment for KTM in India.
New 390 Adventure looks like it could be good (but also it could just be another Duke in ADV clothing), but I would love to see the 399cc LC8c engine in the EXC-F chassis.
Still waiting for the industry to give us more, real, light-weight 350-450, ADV segment bikes.
The CF Moto and Kove are a good starting point for them to build on.
